Delivery Options

Option 1
We'll hand in the book(s) to you in person. (COD) Limited for certain areas only. Focus mainly in Subang areas. Business transaction locations can be arranged. A charge of RM2 will be imposed.

Option 2
Postage:
Pos Ekspress (For single book only): RM5.00
Poslaju (For 1-2 books): RM6.00
For 3-4 books,
Poslaju: RM7.00
For 5 books and above,
Poslaju: FREE
(Postage fees above are applicable for West Malaysia only. Do email us for East Malaysia postage charges.)

Terms and Conditions

1. We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the books we sent, you may return it to us in the ORIGINAL condition within 2 days and we'll make a refund to you.

2. Please be noted that all the books are in good or great condition unless stated.

3. Cancelation on ordered books is allowed as long as payment haven't been made. Reservation for books only last for 3 days, after the third day, we will assume you back-out and release the books to other buyers.

4. We practice first come first serve basis.

5. Serious buyers are welcomed, strictly no refunds or back-outs once payment had been made.

6. Please be noted that Ribbon Between the Pages team hold no responsibilities for lost or damages items during delivery of goods.

7. Books prices are fixed.
